Are your interested in whether your software has certain weak spots? Or are you curious to see how it scores when compared to the quality of other commercial software projects? Maybe you are planning to take over another business, and want to make sure their software is of sufficient quality. There might be various reasons to have your software quality be measured by an independent third-party company such as TIOBE. We are fully specialized in this area and are recognized by institutes such as TUViT to perform such assessments.
Measure your software code quality.
TIOBE offers a software code quality assessment service based on the official ISO/IEC 25010 standard on software product quality. The assessment uses the TIOBE Quality Indicator (TQI) to assess the quality of the software. The main focus of the assessment is measuring the reliability, testability and maintainability of your software system. The assessment provides a powerful set of deliverables.
The TQI score is defined in such a way that it can be compared across projects, organizations, domains and different programming languages.
For some specific programming languages, specific metrics can be impossible to measure. In such case the TQI scores will not give a complete code quality indication.
